In addition, there is a 2016 collaborative guide and reference, “Ka‘ūpūlehu Dryland Forest 10-year Integrated Management Plan”. It reflects and embraces the establishment of collaborative partnerships to meld traditional Hawaiian protocol, and culture of place, into forest management and stewardship actions sharing knowledge and practice as a part of ‘āina-based service learning.
